Unique last opportunity to invest in one of the most succesful and exclusive developments in Plettenberg Bay
Whale Rock Development & Gardens was founded over 10 years ago by a group of Belgium investors. Having studied the new South African democracy from a distance, the group decided in 1996 to invest in South Africa.
Recognizing the potential investment opportunity in the property market, the investors decided to develop the available property gap in Plettenberg Bay. The natural beauty of the Whale Rock area was an inspired choice by the investors. They developed the area into high class, sought after estates without losing sight of the responsibility to keep the natural beauty of the landscape intact. Due to the success of the developments, owning a property in Plettenberg Bay has become known as one of the best investment opportunities in South Africa. The developers also contributed to the social upliftment of the area by creating much needed employment to the local work-force. Since the start of the developments millions of Rands flowed into the Plettenberg Bay area, not only directly from the investors but also indirectly through the sub-contractors, service providers and local municipality.
Sanderlings, Keurbooms River Estate and Arendsnes are other developments of the Belgian group of investors. The group has also expanded its developments to Port Elizabeth where new projects in Govan Mbeki Road, Circular Drive and Ascot Estate are being developed.
The group is represented by a local South African management and operational team, headed by Mr. Stephan Muller.
